Most products sold by Mosca Design, Inc. are custom products or “built to order.”

All displays, trees, wreaths, garland, and banners are not on a shelf and are built for each customer. Therefore, there is a 30% restocking fee on most returned products. Freight from our facility and back to our facility is also the responsibility of the customer. Damaged lights or light sets should be reported to Mosca Design within one week and will be replaced. Product damaged in transit should be reported to Mosca Design, as well as the freight company.

All returns will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before shipping the product back to Mosca Design.
